Welcome to R-U-N Events where you will find information about our running events in the Salt Lake City and Park City areas.
Where did this name come from, what does it mean?
Once my dog learned what “run” meant, we had to start spelling it out so he wouldn’t become hyper-active when he heard the word. So instead of saying, “Are you taking him on a run,” we would say, “Are you taking him on an r-u-n?” Pretty soon, we realized that just spelling the word became a challenge and we would challenge each other to take the dog out by saying, “R-U-N?” We want to extend the same challenge to you, Are You In?
What do we do?
R-U-N Events is a race organizing company in the Salt Lake City and Park City areas. We come up with fun, unique ideas to create an exciting race day atmosphere whether you are joining your first event or going for a PR (personal record). Regardless we challenge you to join us for our next event. Are You In? R-U-N!
